The best buffalo milk mozzarella Dop from Campania shouldn't be missed in Cheese, the annual event based on the best milk product in Bra.
Mozzarella is the main ingredient of 'verace pizza napoletana' and this year, for the first time, wood burning oven will be placed in a special area named 'Piazza pizza'. Lots of pizzas will be prepared for the exhibition guests, also with some product of Slow Food 'presidi'. Our Management and pizzaioli are going to be in charge for producing pizza and to run work shop about pizza. The AVPN delegation will be formed by President Antonio Pace, Stefano Auricchio, Roberto Di Massa and Walter Picariello. The master of Food 'Pizza' is going to start from the callaboration from our Association and Slow Food.
