2005, Agrigenus is a cooperative that promotes the production of the each
member who for several generations dedicated to the cultivation of typical
products from Campania.
The research and constant innovation, together with the adoption of production
rules even more strict than those required by official public authorities,
allow a high quality production.
Agrigenus belongs to the "Slow Food Presidia" that brings
together gastronomic excellences produced respecting tradition and environmental sustainability.
The land used have vulcanic origin and is very deep, soft, with a good amount
of organic material. Through the use of integrated production techniques,
natural resources are valorised, and chemical substances are drastically
reduced. The result: huge benefits both for the Protection of the Environment
and for the health of the consumer.
