Our tour stops in Sardinia on July 30
Before the summer break, our journey "Discovering the True Neapolitan Pizza" makes a stopover in Sardinia, in the beautiful setting of Santa Teresa di Gallura. At our friends of Papè Satan we’re going to live a very special evening entitled "A Pizzad'aMare", which will be an exciting confrontation between gastronomic excellences from Campania and Sardinia. The Master pizza makers Salvatore Santucci and Marco Leone will cook pizzas related to tradition, but also to the seafood products. On the menu of the soiree chaired by Laura Gambacorta, there will be tasting of a Marinara with pomodorini del piennolo del Vesuvio Dop and a Pizza with Pecorino Sardo and Salsiccia al mirto paired with the Gragnano Grotta del Sole wine, a Pizza with Sardinian Salted Mullet roe and ricotta and a Pizza called "Midsummer night's dream" all paired with Asprinio of Aversa Brut sparkling wine by Grotta del Sole. The event is made possible thanks to the support of Molino Pasini, Ferrarelle, Agrigenus, Casa Barone and Ciao il pomodoro pelato di Napoli.
