pizza" held from 8th to 10th October on board the cruise ship MSC

To lead this expedition of taste the pizza makers of AVPN Valerio Vuolo and Roberto Di Massa, who accompanied the members through the secret techniques of the dough by hand, the techniques of manipulating, garnishing and baking and they revealed the techniques to make a digestible pizza.
Maria Luisa Ambrosino, an expert on virgin oils and president of the ASA - Analisti Sensoriali Associati, has instead addressed the lucky subscribers toward the oil universe and the tasting techniques to recognize its strengths and weaknesses.
The courses were not limited to learning, they end in a cheerful final challenge in which the students have prepared pizzas later judged by Gianluca Liccardo, marketing director of the True Neapolitan Pizza Association.
This interesting initiative has been realized thanks to the collaboration of Stefano Ferrara Forni, GiMetal, Antico Molino Caputo, Agrigenus, Euro Iovine and Ferrarelle.
