The two days of technical study aims to train those who:
- want to deepen their knowledge on the preparation and processing of fried pizza and rotisserie products.
- wants to offer its customers a wider and equally tasty offer.

A high-profile and limited-number training masterclass led by an AVPN Master that allows you to acquire skills and high practical skills in the creation and preparation of fried, rustic and battered foods.

The course is aimed at those who:

- is already included in the pizzeria and catering sector;
- participated in a True Neapolitan Pizza course.

The duration of the course is 16 hours
