The True Neapolitan Pizza is back to Brazil. After the trip in November last year, the AVPN once again is heading to South America from 22 to 28 June 2013 with a delegation comprising Gianluca Liccardo, Giovanni Improta and Andrè Guidon. To promote the True Neapolitan pizza was conceived a tour, full of events and appointments, thanks to the partners Molino Caputo, Le 5 Stagioni, Gimetal, Ciao il Pomodoro di Napoli, C-Trade, Fornoflex and Stefano Ferrara Forni ..
First stop on June 23 in Brasilia for an evening at the Pizzeria Baco, with a seminar on the dough made by hand and a tasting night of True Neapolitan Pizza. The event will be an opportunity to certify the pizzeria "309 Norte" the second one of Baco group.
The visit will continue in Sao Paulo, the economic capital of Brazil, with the participation in Fispal, the largest exhibition dedicated to food with three seminars about the True Neapolitan Pizza (at 3 p.m., on 25, 26 and 27 June) by the stand of 5 Stagioni / Gimetal and to welcome to the AVPN on the day 26, the pizzeria "Grazie Napoli", run by two former students of the the True Neapolitan Pizza Association courses.
The last date of the tour will be at the University of Food Science Anhembi Morumbi in Sao Paulo, where in the Aula Magna of the university will take place a seminar dedicated to students, professionals and during which will be certified the Pizzeria Artezannale of Juiz De Fora, the first in the State of Minas Gerais.
