Pizza Association will have a leading role in Bra from September 20 to 23
during the event organized by Slow Food....
The Piazza Pizza Cheese 2013 is truthfully Neapolitan thanks to the collaboration and support of the True Neapolitan Pizza Association along with Slow Food.
The "true" pizza makers from all over Italy took turns in front of the oven in a real relay: during the three hours available, each pizza maker presented his excellence revealing preparation techniques, tips and tricks, and most importantly the ingredients used. The products are the real stars of this edition and the first rule of success.
In the Scuole Maschili courtyard, where the pizza has been crowned as the absolute queen took turns 12 Pizza Makers of the True Neapolitan Pizza, led by president and founder of AVPN, Antonio Pace.
A show for the taste made ??possible thanks to the collaboration of companies producing Italian excellences such as: the flours of 5 Stagioni, the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana Dop of Consorzio di Tutela, the pomodoro San Marzano of Agrigenus, extra virgin olive oil by Coppini, Valoriani ovens, Gi.Metal equipments, all paired with the Pedavena Superior beer. Nothing is left to chance even the stand fitting that is completely environmentally friendly, created thanks to the support of Ricrea (National Consortium steel packaging recycling and recovery).
